Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. performed a roof condition assessment with recommendations for repair, replacement, and options for tying in to a new wing addition. We performed design review with the Designer of Record (HDR Architects), related to the building envelope components of the New Addition, and reviewed project submittals related to the building envelope. During construction, we provided ongoing building envelope consulting and part time application inspection of the roof, exterior weather barriers, and related flashing transitions. Associated with each site visit were detailed reports, with photographs.
