Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. provided a visual reassessment of the condition of the parking garage relative to our findings in 2013. A report was prepared indicating new observed conditions. We also established a new construction estimate to support a budget request for the funding in the 2021/2023 Biennium to perform the needed repairs.
