Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. provided review of drawings and specifications for below grade waterproofing and vapor barrier, plaza waterproofing, weather resistive barriers behind the cladding, vegetative roof waterproofing, and membrane roofing for the hospital’s Phase I Expansion. During construction, we provided part-time inspection of the weather resistive barrier, waterproofing, and roofing installations. Associated with each site visit were detailed field reports with photographs. We were also available throughout construction, on an as-needed basis, to provide consulting as it pertained to waterproofing and roofing.
