Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. provided roofing and building enclosure consulting services, including design assistance and review of roofing and building enclosure details and specifications with comments. CAD based details were provided to assist the project team with document development. We performed submittal review, making sure there was continuity with the project documents.
During construction, we provided on-site inspection of the roof, weather barrier, and building enclosure components, on a part-time basis. Associated with each site visit were detailed field reports with photographs. We attended pre-construction meetings for roofing, cladding, and waterproofing. We also provided coordination of proposals for air barrier testing, and monitoring of the testing performed by the testing agency.
On an as-needed basis, we provided assistance to the design team as it relates to roofing, cladding, and waterproofing. We also partnered with the design team and the owner to solve construction related issues as they arose. Once construction was substantially complete, we provided punch list inspection of items not yet completed.
