Touchstone is a 3-story office building, reroofed with thermoplastic single ply roofing over insulation.  Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. provided design assistance, consulting, and project management for the reroof.  During construction, we were also on site, providing application inspection on a part-time basis.  With each visit, we provided a report with photographs, detailing our observations.
