Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. provided roof consulting services for the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant. Our scope included evaluation of the current conditions of the roof and preparation of a report with recommendations for repair and/or replacement. Our report also included budget estimates based off actual bids in the competitive roofing marketplace with competent professional roofing contractors. Lastly, we prepared bid documents for replacements of the roof, helped to facilitate bidding, and assisted the owner with questions related to bids.
