Jose Laurean, Sr. Field Engineer/Principal

Jose joined the Wetherholt and Associates team in 2003, and he is now a Field Engineer.  Jose is responsible for performing on-site inspection and evaluation of roofing, waterproofing and exterior cladding applications for commercial and residential projects.  He also has expertise in moisture testing, water intrusion investigations, roof membrane sampling, roof design, design review, preparation of specifications, CAD drawings, and punchlist/closeout inspections.

Over the years, Jose has consulted on commercial and institutional buildings, mostly in the Pacific Northwest.  He established service lines to include interior waterproofing consulting and inspection at Bellevue Square and the new Lincoln Square Expansion, and rooftop cell site consulting and inspection.  Most recent endeavors include in-field window flashing design work and developing rainscreen re-cladding scopes on high-end residences.
