Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. provided building envelope design consulting and application inspection services during the construction of the new Fire Station #20, which included solar installation.  We reviewed and commented on the drawings and specifications, provided by Schacht Aslani Architects, and attended design review meetings.  We assisted in the evaluation of bidder questions and substitution requests during the subcontractor bidding process, and we reviewed submittals, RFIs, and change requests.  During construction, we were on site to provide part-time application inspection of the building envelope.  Associated with each site visit were detailed reports, including photographs, outlining our observations.  We were also available throughout construction, on an as-needed basis, to provide consulting as it pertained to the building envelope.
